"Ryoan" is specially designed for those serious Kendo players who seek the quick Shinai hit like lightning. Jissen style has been designed for the actual practicality for the tournament and this deluxe version of our Dobari Shinai, "Ryoan", features thicker and more rounded bamboo staves which provides "the feeling" of hitting more than with another type of Shinai. And like "Ryoan", the center of the gravity is located more toward on your side than other conventional ones, you have more easy handling of the Shinai. Lady's model(light weight) is also available for size 38. Please note that this unit comes with the stick only.
